Hi everyone!
Here are the resources listed on the handout we got at enrichment last week:
Money Management Resources
http://www.providentliving.org/ -Click Family Finance in the left hand column. Has five basic principles of money management and the one on budgeting has a link to a simple budgeting form.
http://personalfinance.byu.edu/ -A personal finance website done by the Marriott School of Management at BYU. It has information organized into lessons (see tabs at the top) covering a wide variety of topics so you can teach yourself.
http://ce.byu.edu/cw/cwfamily/archives/2005/Israelsen.pdf -Presentation given by BYU personal finance professor. Includes a spiritual perspective on family finances and also has 10 financial principles to follow and a budget sheet and other resources at the end.
http://www.mint.com/ -A money management website that offers free budgeting tools (with graphs and charts!) and tutorials on investing, debt, and retirement. Recommended by Money Magazine and Kiplinger’s Magazine.
http://www.homesteadfunds.com –An investment website. Not to say that you should invest here or that it is a good or bad investment but it is unique in that it has very low initial investment minimums. You can even start by only investing a $1 a month, if it is automatically withdrawn from your bank. A small amount, but it sets a pattern.

Just to let you know...since UVSC became a university last summer, they have updated all of their website addresses to be UVU sites (ex. www.uvu.edu/studenthealth).
